All of the funds raised by the Alberta Chapter of WFFC will be forwarded to the Girl Child Education project in the Fulia Village of West Bengal State, India.
To support the United Nations Millennium Development Goal, WFFC has officially
partnered up with an Indian based non-governmental organization, Fulia

Bigha Social Development Organization (FSDO), through a legal agreement
in order to implement a series of basic education initiatives for the rural
and poor children of the region. The goal is to start with the construction
of a rural, primary school that would put emphasis on girls.
Project Objectives:
2)To provide basic education to girl child and boy child through establishment of gender based co-education school in the community (with greater emphasis on girls)
3)To provide health care facilities to school children.
4)To provide nutrition supplement to school children.
5)To provide education and recreation materials to school children.
